Our Process

Since 2017, we’ve refined our process to make our clients look great (and we all have fun doing it).

01. Determine Fit

We never have sales conversations. Instead, we discover if there’s a fit between what we do and what you need. If we both feel it’s a good fit, we explore what working together would look like. If not, we part as friends.

02. Brand Voice & Identity

It starts with understanding. Understanding your brand, marketing strategy, and what you’re trying to accomplish. If we are to create video content that speaks for your brand, we need to get it 100% right.

We begin with our Branding and Messaging Workshop. It’s a chance for our team and yours to go deep into what your brand is, what you stand for, and what you’re trying to accomplish. 

03. Strategy

Behind all we do is a well thought out strategy. Long before we get out the lights and cameras, we ask lots of questions. We do this in order to determine where video can best solve your business challenges.

There is of course, no end to the video content you could create and the money you could spend. Our job is to determine which challenges are most important to your brand and where we can have the most impact within your budget. 

04. Implement

We implement the plan.

No matter the type of video(s), the on the ground movements are the same. 

  1. Pre-production — Shoot plan, storyboarding & talent
  2. Production — Filming, lights, audio, & talent coaching
  3. Post production – Editing, color, audio, voice over, music, revisions

05. Distribute

We help our clients distribute their video content in the right ways to the right people, so our efforts have the desired impact. In addition, we determine key metrics to pay attention to.  

Another part of distiribution is to show our clients how they can repurpose the video footage we’ve captured. Often, this can take the form of being on social media channels. 

Lastly, we discuss specific distribution channels (website, email, social, sales funnels, paid & organic).
